🎯 Terms and Conditions – Fr4meX “Win a Free Poster” Contest
1. Organizer
The giveaway is organized by Fr4meX GbR, Kohlseestraße 25a, 65428 Rüsselsheim am Main, Germany.
2. Eligibility

Participation is open to all natural persons aged 14 and above.

Participants under 18 must provide a written consent from their legal guardians if selected as a winner.

A public post on Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok with the hashtag #Fr4meX and a tag to @fr4mex_metalprints qualifies as a valid entry.
3. Entry Period & Validity

Each entry is valid only for the calendar month in which it was posted.

Entries from previous months will not be considered again.

Multiple entries are allowed – each valid post counts as a separate ticket.
4. Prize & Obligation

The winner will receive a Small Metal Poster (free choice of design, worldwide shipping included).

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to create a short unboxing video within 7 days of receipt that clearly features the received poster.

If the video is not submitted on time, the winner must either return the prize at their own expense or pay the regular price for the Small Poster.

The prize remains the property of Fr4meX GbR until the unboxing video has been submitted.
5. Winner Selection & Contact

A new winner is selected on the 1st of the following month and contacted via direct message or email.

If there is no response within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Data Protection

Only the data necessary for processing the giveaway will be collected and used.

All data will be used exclusively for the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
7. Miscellaneous

This giveaway is not affiliated with TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or Meta in any way.
