We ship worldwide from Germany. All orders are processed at our fulfillment center in Rüsselsheim am Main, Germany.

  • Shipping costs may vary depending on the product size. Smaller items fall under the lower shipping rates, while larger formats have higher shipping costs.

2. Shipping Terms & Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
✅ No shipping on Sundays and public holidays.
✅ Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number (if available).


3. No Express Shipping

Currently, we do not offer express shipping. Please place your order accordingly, considering the given delivery times.


4. International Duties & Taxes

📌 Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
📌 These charges are not included in the shipping costs and vary depending on the destination country.


5. Shipping Carriers

We collaborate with various logistics partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery. The choice of carrier depends on the order quantity and destination.

  • DPD is primarily used within Germany
  • DHL is used for international shipments

6. Delivery Issues & Returns

📌 If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us at support@fr4mex.com with your order number.

📌 If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must cover additional shipping costs for a reshipment.
