Cancellation Policy

  1. Right of Withdrawal
    Consumers generally have a 30-day right of withdrawal.
    However, this does not apply to all products from Fr4meX that are made to order, as these are exclusively items manufactured according to customer specifications (e.g., personalized or customer-uploaded designs on metal posters).
    According to Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for these products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Fr4meX GbR, Kohlseestraße 25a, 65428 Rüsselsheim am Main, Germany, email: support@fr4mex.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

1.1. Goodwill Policy for Defects
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will of course provide a free replacement – a return is not necessary in these cases.

  1. Consequences of Withdrawal
    If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

  1. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
    The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Custom-made products: products that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (all our offered designs are only produced after the order is placed with your individual specifications).

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal was removed after delivery.

  1. Costs for Returned Shipments & Reshipping
    If a package is returned to us for reasons not attributable to Fr4meX (e.g., failure to collect, incorrect address, refusal of acceptance), a new shipment will only be made upon payment of the shipping costs again.

These are:

  • the same amount as the original shipping costs charged, or

  • a flat rate of €4.99 if the original delivery was free of shipping costs.
